Incremento de deducciones personales Impuesto a las Ganancias - Personal en Relación de Dependencia
Se deroga el Decreto 1242/2013 que establecía la no aplicación del impuesto a las ganancias para aquellos trabajadores que hubieran percibido entre los meses de Enero a Agosto 2013 remuneraciones brutas de hasta $15.000 mensuales. A partir del 1° de ENERO de 2016 se incrementan los importes anuales de estas deducciones, las cuales serán:
– Mínimo no imponible: $42.318
– Cónyuge: $39.778
– Hijo: $19.889
– Adicional por cuarta categoría: $203.126
